London - A rapidly expanding and well known retail company are looking for a lively, hard-working candidate who works well as part of a team to join their finance team as a Purchase Ledger Clerk based in North-West London. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager the role will involve: - Ensure invoices are accurately and timely posted into Sun using the correct account codes - Prepare supplier statement reconciliations for suppliers as directed - Responsibility of ‘invoices... ’ mailbox printing and archiving daily - Work to agreed Purchase Ledger month end cut off timetable for all postings to be completed - Deal with supplier queries. - Process payments - Support management in the introduction of any new processes, and contribute to their development and implementation. - Chase authorisation of due/overdue invoices providing reason for non-authorisation to advise suppliers - Assist in the production and review of the ageing analysis of suppliers throughout the month - £21000.0 per year
