London - An established and well known fashion retail company are looking for a lively, hard-working candidate who works well as part of a team to join their finance team as a Purchase Ledger Clerk based in Central London. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager the role will involve: - Matching, batching and coding all invoices and credit notes for 3rd party suppliers - Supplier statement reconciliations - Supplier queries - Assisting with processing of all inter-company invoices... and reconciliations - Weekly supplier and staff expenses payment runs - Ad hoc duties Skills Required - Experience in Purchase ledger department - Excellent communication – able to liaise with managers at all levels - Retail experience desirable - SAP advantageous This Purchase Ledger role would really suit an outgoing, organised candidate with high attention to detail who is interested in joining an exciting company and making an impact in the Purchase Ledger Department.
