Central London - A leading private hospital in central London is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the team. You will be required to have some experience in PL within the Private Healthcare sector. We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to verify that the amounts billed to the hospital have been incurred and to ensure the prompt payment of supplier bills in order to retain favourable credit terms and a ready supply of items required. The postholder will check invoices for errors and price... differences. Post invoices to the suppliers accounts and general ledger and filing in alphabetical order with the GRN (goods received notes). You will control the flow of work received daily, this involves dealing with the post,logging the invoices, dealing with statements, filing of work, despatching of cheques and BACS remittances. A minimum of at least one year's experience of working in a computerised purchase ledger department is required, with some Private Healthcare experience. Experience
